- Difficulty Concentrating: Trouble making decisions or focusing on tasks.


  Physical Symptoms

- Changes in Appetite: Significant weight loss or gain, or changes in appetite.

- Sleep Disturbances: Insomnia or sleeping too much (hypersomnia).

- Fatigue: Loss of energy or increased fatigue, even with small tasks.

- Psychomotor Agitation or Retardation: Restlessness or being physically slowed down.


   Cognitive Symptoms

- Recurrent Thoughts of Death: Suicidal thoughts or attempts.

- Cognitive Decline: Impaired memory or indecisiveness.
